    I'm so jelly of your trip! Looks like a great time. You're talking me into my hiking trip to Colorado, again, I ended up cancelling due to Covid. @camonick and I were planning to meet up at Osker Blues.

    Craft beer snob work buddy came by for a Hazy IPA tasting. He's going to bring his son whom works for Real Ale brewing over this week. I'll take that as a compliment.

    Retail and HB Quad nightcap. Fracking work tomorrow. That's Battlestar Galactica talking.. that word doesn't have the same same feel though.

    Onto the West Coast IPA debacle. Pint out of the fermenter. So pitching S-05 definitely helped with the too sweet issue. Dropped it from 1.030 to 1.018. ABV©7.8%ish. I had added the hop oil "3Cs" prior to this though. I've had a ton of old school WCIPAs and this hop profile fits it. I'm getting...

    HB Hazy, it has morphed into something pretty nice. I would equate it to an average fruity flavored retail hazy IPA. My previous oxidation concerns have been retracted.

    10day old Mead...gone! Well got 1 filled bottle for later. Let's keep this Voss Kveik yeast gravy train going. This time added 1lbs blanched/crushed blueberries with the 2lbs of Wild Flower Honey. I'll say it again, this Kveik yeast is a game changer for me.

    Which strain did you use? Prep cleaning for Sunday's brew day. Oh, let's not forget it's kill'ng season...😁
