fastest fermentation ever

i dumped 2 liters of cherry and 1.5 gallons AJ onto the cake of my cider that i just kegged. it went 87 percent in just 48 hours.

i dont know if good or bad but definately my fastest ever.

Maybe it was mixing liters and gallons, and the yeast went crazy trying to rectify that. That's a fast ferment.

the cherry juice is from europe so its always liters.
